To connect your DC-1 to the internet via an ethernet cord, you will need an adaptor.
Here is the adaptor that we have used. ETHERNET ADAPTOR
- Connect your ethernet cord to your adaptor.
- Connect your adaptor to the DC-1.
- Swipe down from the top to see your menu. Long press the Wi-Fi option, and you should see the ethernet connection registered there.
- This process may take a few seconds, and depends on the adaptor. But it generally takes about 5 - 30 seconds.

Two things to keep in mind when using an ethernet adaptor:
- Ethernet adapters use different chipsets (e.g., Realtek, ASIX, Broadcom). Some devices may only have drivers for specific chipsets, so an adapter with an incompatible chipset won’t work unless you install compatible drivers.
- Certain Ethernet adapters require more power than your device can provide via its USB port. Low-power adapters are more likely to work with the DC-1.
